Vintage and
Winemaking Comments
Above average winter rains provided good canopy balance,
with summer being moderate, vineyards were showing great signs of
intense colours and flavours. Harvest was completed last week of
February and looked the goods for what the Adelaide Plains is
renowned for, big gutsy red with life. Minimalist winemaking
undertaking continued with whole berry ferment in small open top
fermenters, pressed and finished ferment in seasoned 500lt
puncheons.
